Purpose of the processing

​Schneider Electric processes personal data to deliver the online help service for the EcoStruxure Building Management products.

The personal information processed is:

  • The email address used for registering with the help service

  • Settings associated with the user account of the online help service (language, subscription type, account role)

  • Interactions performed by the user (community content comments and rating comments on articles)
