Viewing Updated Registration Information in WorkStation

You can view the registration information in WorkStation that was updated in SmartStruxure Registration Portal.

You register a Building Operation system online when WorkStation is connected to the Internet. When you log on to WorkStation, you are prompted to register your system. You can register immediately or at a later time.

You can register at any time in WorkStation by clicking Help > Registration .

To confirm the system registration, the end-user must provide consent for sharing system information and personal information.

Important:

Each stand-alone SmartStruxure server device is considered as a new registration. If a stand-alone SmartStruxure server device is then attached to the Enterprise Server, the SmartStruxure server device’s registration information is overwritten by the Enterprise Server’s registration information.

If the stand-alone SmartStruxure server devices are to be attached to the Enterprise Server later, it is recommended not to register the SmartStruxure server devices.

Note:

Ensure that WorkStation is connected to the internet.

To view updated registration information on WorkStation

  1. In WorkStation, on the Help menu, click R egistration .

  2. Click Edit information .

  3. Log on to SmartStruxure Registration Portal.

  4. Click Edit .
